SILK In-Home Care is a family-owned agency helping seniors across Southern Ohio live safely at home. We're growing, and we're hiring caregivers who want meaningful work close to home. You don't need prior certification — if you have a caring heart and reliability, we'll train you, and we pay you while we do.
What We Offer
$15 per hour to start
Paid training — no experience or certification needed
Flexible shifts: daytime, overnight, and 24-hour options
Local work close to home in your own community
$200 referral bonus when someone you refer is hired and stays 90 days
What You'll Do
Help seniors with everyday living: companionship, light housekeeping, meal prep, personal care, and being a dependable, friendly presence. This is non-medical care — no nursing license required.

Dependable and on time
Kind, patient, and respectful with older adults
Reliable transportation
Able to pass a standard background check
Where We Hire
Chillicothe, Athens, Portsmouth, Jackson, Gallipolis, Waverly, Wellston, Belpre, and surrounding Southern Ohio towns.
