We started SILK In-Home Care after seeing how the "big" agencies worked. We saw families in crisis—stressed, scared, and looking for help—being handed a stack of legal contracts and a "we'll get back to you" instead of real compassion. We realized Southern Ohio needed something better. We didn't want to build a corporation; we wanted to build a lifeline.

Ehren is the one who makes sure the "SILK Promise" actually happens. He handles the logistics, the scheduling, and the backup plans. He’s the guy who stays up late ensuring that if a caregiver has an emergency, your loved one is never left alone.
